Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Terms and Conditions.
Duration
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. CST on the first day of the first month of each calendar quarter, the Sweepstakes ends at 12:00 PM (midnight) CST on the last day of the last month of each calendar quarter.
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to residents worldwide who are 21 years of age or older during the Sweepstakes Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Vacation Executive Network, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is offered worldwide. Prizes shall only be construed and evaluated according to laws of the United States of America.
How to Enter:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by going to http://vacationatcoastal.com or an affiliate sweepstakes web-site. Entrants may enter once daily. Spammers who try to enter hundreds of times daily will be blocked. Entrants agree to receive winner notices and a monthly news letter.
Prize
The Prize is redeemable for three (3) fun-filled Days - 2 Romantic Nights for two adults at an
ALL-INCLUSIVE BEACH FRONT RESORT. Accommodations will be at one of these
resorts Dominican Republic: Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach; Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace; or Viva Wyndham Playa Dorada,
Playa del Carmen, Mexico: Viva Wyndham Maya or Viva Wyndham Azteca or Freeport, Bahamas: Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach. Enjoy the beautiful beaches, sumptuous meals,
along with all the recreational activities such as snorkeling, sailing, tennis and live entertainment provided by these all-inclusive resorts.
This offer is for the accommodations only; airfare or other transportation is not included. Certain other restrictions may apply. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of provider. Any tracking fees, surcharges, transportation, taxes and/or government charges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Selection of Winner:
Winners are determined by the "Computerized Automated Random Draw System" (CARDS), programed to draw winner at midnight daily. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail. The Prize winners will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize. Once the prize is accepted, Vacation Executive Network will mail the necessary documents to the winner at the address entered in the entry form. Vacation Executive Network is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify prize winners. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, the Sweepstakes administration considers the prize forfeited and places the prize back into the Sweepstakes.
By claiming the prize winners are stating that they are eligibile and release Vacation Executive Network and/or Associates of any liability. By claiming a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Terms and Conditions:
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Vacation Executive Network, shall be final and binding. Vacation Executive Network, any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Vacation Executive Network that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Vacation Executive Network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold Vacation Executive Network and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Vacation Executive Network, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
This Sweepstakes offer is made exclusively by Vacation Executive Network and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with the participation in this offer or any prize awarded.
All-Inclusive Vacation Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Vacation Executive Network set forth the legally binding agreement between Vacation Executive Network, its licensors and affiliates, and each person who has the legal right to claim a prize ("Winner"). Winner must also comply with all fulfillment company terms and conditions and policies, available from the particular company (" Terms"). Vacation Executive Network shall not be liable for any claim by Winner resulting from any breach of the Terms by the fulfillment company or Winner.
1. Prizes are awarded free of charge at the office of Vacation Executive Network in Rockport Texas. To maintain the same value received by each prize winner, winners who wish the prize shipped are subject to a minimal shipping and handling charge of $3.75 to cover postage and labor. Additional benefits claimed along with a prize will be charged the shipping and handling charge of $3.75 per benefit.
2. Upon the receipt of the prize, Winner must choose and register their chosen destination and/or benefit with the fulfillment company to validate their prize and/or benefit. The winner is responsible for minimal fee charged by the fulfillment company such as registration, tracking up to one year, reservation fees and any handling fees, plus hotel/resort taxes, payable at time of making reservations. These fees are minimal but can vary depending on destination annd/or benefit.
3. Winners may claim one (1) vacation per family, per destination city in any twelve (12) month period.
4. To make a reservation the Winner must follow the directions received from the fulfillment company after registering the destination chosen. It is important that a Redeemder does not leave for vacation until Reservation Confirmation is received.
5. This prize expires on one (1) year from the date the winner received the prize. Travel must be complete within this time period.
6. This offer is not valid for groups, which consist of one or more prizes and may not be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer. In no event, may the total number of people occupying any accommodation exceed the maximum occupancy set forth by the resort/hotel.
7. The prize is transferable prior to registration. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.
8. Winner is required to be 21 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same accommodation by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older.
9. All travelers must have in their possession proper documentation required by either the United States of America or any foreign country visited. Names on the reservations must match the documentation, exactly. Travelers are advised to consult with the appropriate governmental agencies and/or embassy to determine what documentation will be required. Vacation Executive Network assumes no responsibility for advising travelers of immigration requirements.
10. In the event cancellation becomes necessary, Winner must submit their cancellation in writing no less than the time required in the Terms. In the event Winner cancels reservation less than the total time required prior to departure date, all fees paid are nonrefundable and the Certificate is voided. Cancellations, as well as reservation modifications, are subject to fees under the Terms and these Terms and Conditions.
11. The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended.
12. Vacation Executive Network and/or the fulfillment company and/or accommodation provider do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, civil unrest, war or acts of God.
13. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of the participating entities of this sweepstakes.
14. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Vacation Executive Network
15. All fees and charges are stated in US Dollars.
16. Texas law governs these Terms and Conditions for the Sweepstakes.
